Ross R. Jones, Sr., 60, of East Kingston passed away Friday September 28, 2018 at his home in East Kingston. He was born in Kingston to the late James Jones Sr. and Amanda Jackson Jones. Ross was a counselor with the Community Corrections Program of Ulster County. Surviving are three sons, Marcus Jones of Severn, MD, Ross R. Jones, Jr. and Robert Rodriquez both of Kingston; brothers, Bruce, Oscar and Brenda Jackson; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased in death by six siblings, James, Jr., Allen, Sharon Russell, Gloria Holden, Geraldine Jones and Hazel Brown. At the request of Ross, his cremation with a graveside service at Wiltwyck Cemetery were private and under the direction of the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY.
