Wayne G. O’Brien, 78, of High Falls, NY passed away at home, Friday, December 27, 2019. He was born in Brooklyn to the late Herbert and Mary Bross O’Brien. Wayne served his country in the U.S. Air Force and most recently was an advocate with the Youth Advocate Program in Kingston, At Wayne’s request there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be conducted at the Woodstock Cemetery, Rock City Road, Woodstock, NY on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements under the direction of the Henry J.
