Judith Ann Richers, 72, a lifelong resident of Kingston, NY passed away at home on December 25, 2020. She was the daughter of the late John and Helen Ferguson Broadhead. Judith was retired from the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, NY following 17 years of service. She is survived by her husband, Mario Vincent Costello; daughters, Kim Ballister of Woodstock and Karen Houghtaling of Kingston; grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arrangements and cremation at Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery were under the direction of the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY.
