To Gene's family- I was Gene's primary care doctor for years and I so enjoyed seeing him. His work to help others regarding prostate cancer will never be forgotten. I loved hearing his stories about travel, his family and his life. Blessings to all of you and may you always carry him in your hearts.

We have know Gene for over 50 years as he was our neighbor and friend. I smile when I think of all of the “antics” we shared, our neighborhood street parties where Gene was in charge of obtaining and cooking the Maine lobsters, but most of all his compassion for those affected by prostate cancer. His knowledge of the disease was what made Pca101 so successful and he will truly be missed by all of us. Our sincere sympathies to Cindy, Dino and girls. He always kept me abreast of their accomplishments as that was what he was most proud of...his family.

We first met Gene a dozen years ago at the support group for prostate cancer. His generosity with his time and his knowledge helped us and many others. He offered meaningful counsel to any who wished it and showed great patience in guiding participants when they did not fully understand the options open to them. At a time when people are struggling to comprehend a disease that
they did not expect to have to deal with, a steady hand and informed guidance are a lifeline of hope and sanity. Gene provided this and more. HIs obvious sincerity and genuine desire to help cannot be measured or adequately summed up in words. Those of us who were there and who benefited will never forget him or the impact of knowing him.

Cindy, Dino, and girls:
Sending our condolences and prayers on the loss of your Dad and Grandfather. We would see each other once in a while on the Rail Trail over the years, and chat about the Woodstock Youth Theatre. He was so very proud of his family.
Best-

Gene was a friend to us and to so many others. He gave help and education to so many through Prostate Cancer 101's first Tuesday meetings over o many years. He was the one we all looked to for the definitive answer and knew he would have the
latest information. He was our guru, teacher, friend.
We were blessed to number him as a good friend for the past 18 years and will miss him always. The repartee at meetings, the fun and laughter at dinners and just in simple, though complex, conversation. We treasure those times, as we are sure so many others do.
Our sincere and deep condolences to all the family for Gene cherished all his girls and was proud and happy to have Dino look after you all.
May he rest in the arms of the Lord and may you all find peace and comfort in knowing that he has been welcomed into paradise.
