Elaine L. Diamond, 90, of Augusta Street, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at home with her daughter by her side. A lifelong resident of Kingston, NY she was a daughter of the late William and Dorothy Henion McElrath. Elaine is survived by her daughter, Dara Cann and her husband Robert; siblings, Beverly Reynolds, Donald McElrath, Jill Halwick , Sheila Sloyan, Alfred and John (Jack) Bechtold; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Leo Diamond and their son Craig M. Diamond; siblings, Harold McElrath, Frederick W. Bechtold, Sr., and Lawrence P. Bechtold. Visitation will take place on Friday from 10:00 am -12:00 noon at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY, followed by her funeral service at 12:00 noon. Burial to follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery. The family requests that those who are attending, please wear a face mask.
