Ronald R. White, 70, of Ulster Park, NY passed away suddenly Sunday March 6th, 2022 at Kingston Hospital. He was the son of Charlotte (Gromoll) White and the late George P. White, proprietors of White’s Dairy Bar, brother of Ken White and husband to Shirley (Swanson) White.
Ron was first and foremost a family man, jokester and lover of animals, excepting squirrels and woodchucks. He enjoyed assisting his neighbors whether through rousing conversation, helping when they were in need or distributing his home grown geraniums. Some of his other passions include riding his Goldwing to new and exciting locations, ghost hunting, watching rodeo, bowling, treasure hunting with his metal detector, listening to music, cooking BBQ on the smoker, and experimenting with new and existing recipes.
Ron had two children, Jamie (White) Daniel and husband Chuck of Pasadena, MD, and William White of St. Remy, NY. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Olivia (Jake) Horvers, Alexander, and Miranda Daniel.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in St. Remy Cemetery.
