Ivan M. Pece, 76, formerly of Hurley, NY, died suddenly on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at his Ulster Park, NY home.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY, March 16, 1947, and was a son of the late John and Marian Pece of Hurley.

Prior to retirement Ivan was a manager at IBM in Fishkill.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Catherine (Viano) Pece; son, Brian L. Pece and his wife Pamela of New Paltz and their five children, Officer Tyler Pece and his wife Gianna (Gasparro) Pece, Dr. Sydney Pece, Jared, Logan and Delaney Pece; son, Anthony I. Pece and his wife Karol (Weick) Pece of New Paltz; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Anita (Nina) and Bruce Craddock of Florida and Michealia (Mickey) and Doug Craddock of Florida; several beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends Barry and Judy Greco.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Milan Pece of Indiana and brother-in-law John Viano and his wife Donna Catanzaro Viano of Poughkeepsie, NY.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY.
