Wayne A. Elliott, 66, of Highland, NY passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023 at his home.

He was born December 7, 1956 in Kingston to the late Chester and Mary (Van Nostrand) Elliott. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Chester Elliott.

After graduating from Ulster County Community College, he was manager at a bank in Woodstock and then retired from the Ulster County Medicaid Department

Wayne loved dogs and his favorite past-time was reading.

Wayne is survived by his wife or nearly 45 years, the former Kathy Foster, who he married July 8, 1978; a son, Jason Elliott of High Falls; a daughter, Kari Elliott-Ware and her husband, Carl of Port Ewen; sisters, Brenda Elliott and Bonnie Bilyou, both of New Paltz; Grandchildren, Jonathan Elliott, Ayden Elliott Addisyn Elliott-Ware and Aliyjah Ware; a Great Granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday (May 12th) from 5:00-8:00 pm at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY.
