Anna Goetchius Obituary

Anna C. Goetchius, 96, formerly of Hurley, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born September 23, 1917 in Snowshoe, PA, Anna was one of 17 children born to the late Michael and Ludmilla (Caletka) Ceprich. She was also preceded in death by her husband Vernon Goetchius and 15 Siblings. Anna was the oldest living member of the Hurley Reformed Church. For many years she was a waitress in the restaurant of the former Britt's Department Store in Kingston. She is survived by a daughter, Enid Kelder-Crnkovic and her husband James of Kripplebush, NY; Grandchildren, Cathleen Uhl, Cheril Kelder-Simmons, Cynthia Battistoli and Christi Martino; 11 Great Grandchildren,a sister, Christina Young of Bridgeton, NJ, many nieces and nephews. The Reverend Karen J. Patterson will conduct a memorial service at the Hurley reformed Church, 35 Main Street, Hurley, NY on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 1:00 pm.
