Charles E. Utley, 70, a lifelong resident of Kingston passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. He was born April 26, 1945 to the late Donald H. and Marie E. (Shader) Utley. Charles loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. He had worked nearly two decades for Western Printing in Poughkeepsie, then IBM in Fishkill and lastly GHI in Lake Katrine. He is survived by sons, Charles Edward Utley and David Utley and his wife Jodi, all of Kingston and Brian Utley of Daytona Beach, FL., step-son Michael Dachenhausen of Saugerties. Sister, Donna M. Utley of Kingston; brother Kenneth W. Utley of Davis, CA; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a step-son Paul Dachenhausen. The family will receive friends and relatives Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY. The Reverend Arlene Dawber will conduct his funeral service on Monday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Montrepose Cemetery.
