Nancy C. Erena, 92, passed from this life on Sept. 12, 2016, surrounded by family and loved ones. She was born on March 25, 1924 in Kingston, the daughter of Ralph and Theresa Erena. She was predeceased by her parents; her beloved sisters, Felomina “Phil” and Palmyra “Mary”; her only brother, Anthony J; and a niece, Dolores M. Erena. She is survived by nieces, Roberta, Michelle and Lori Ann and nephews, Gregory, Stephen and Joseph, all of whom reside in Kentucky. She is also survived by her best friends, Edna Kraft and Annie Greco and her “adopted family” Kevin and Gerri Fairley and their children, Kelsey, McKenna and Evan. Nancy worked for over 30 years at IBM and enjoyed every minute and loved every co-worker. The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Ten Broeck Commons for their compassionate care. Funeral will be held on Thursday, Sept 15, 2016, beginning with visitation at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY from 9 to 10:15 am after which there will be a procession to St. Mary’s Church for a Mass at 11:00 am. Burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery
