James V. “Whitey” Reynolds, 71, of Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Kingston, July 21, 1945 to the late Kenneth and Cecelia (Cullen Clearwater) Reynolds. Prior to retirement he had been employed by the State of New York Department of Corrections in Wallkill, NY. Survivors include his wife, the former Elizabeth Schulz; children, Lisa and James Reynolds of Kingston, Robert Reynolds of Bloomington and Kayla Schulz of Watertown, NY; siblings, Patricia Shirk of Memphis, TN and Joseph Reynolds of FL; 5 Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Kenneth and William Reynolds. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial celebration of Whitey’s life from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home, 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY.
