To the surviving Family of Jo. I new him well. Worked by his side off and on for years. I always called him Father Rondout and he took it with pride and was never insulted. He loved his job and the people around him. Hey tought me a lot about being an electrician and a good human being. He smiled in the face of crisis and as the world crumbled around him he just stayed cool and motored through. He will be missed and his lessons will be payed forward. God bless you all!
