I lived at "The Birches" where Steve was a resident for ten years before moving. He was always so friendly and happy. He was the first person you would see sitting by the door outside. He enjoyed everything that went on there and was always a happy participant. I was shocked and saddened to read of his passing in such a tragic way. My condolences to all his family and friends.
