my sincere condolences to the family of Jack Hoban; Joyce, Don and Arlene, and the many nieces and nephews.
I was Jack's next door neighbor for the last 7 years. Jack became a good friend and was the best neighbor I ever had. He reminded of my late father so much. As Jack's health declined, I would often take him a plate of whatever I was making for dinner, or a dessert I had just made. He would call me after he had eaten it with a critique- either it was a "keeper" or he would tell me how I could improve it for next time! Just like my dad! Jack was so blessed to have such a large and loving, caring family. As his health continued to decline, they were always there for him.
Rest in peace dear friend. You are with the angels now.
